"It is sad that whoever is in charge of these reviews come back to respond with a lie.. the entirety of December I had to reach out to you guys multiple times. I will add the messages now that they are trying to cover their wrong doings publicly but will not help their own customers privately. I have expressed my dissatisfaction everytime I have gotten on the phone with any of you. Yesterday when I did call i did not get an answer to be able to express my frustration again.. when i did i got laughed at! This is absolutely ridiculous of how you all have handled your customers. I see i am not the only disappointed customer. You all also do not care to reach out to resolve any issues I have called multiple times about multiple situations that you have all no answered. You all dropped the ball terribly when it came to my claim. It was only after i called many times that you guys allowed me to set an appointment to get the csr repaired.. I hadn’t heard anything back from you all until Jan. & that is only because i had to constantly call & text about setting my estimate appointment, everytime i reached out to anyone of you all you were confused everytime & step of the way. If you want to do the work of your insurance company & claim department, love miscommunication, disrespect & money hungry companies then THIS IS THE COMPANY FOR YOU! IF NOT STAY AWAY! I WISH I DIDNT HAVE TO DEAL WITH THIS POORLY RAN COMPANY. BTW i still haven’t heard from Eddie Bleiberg himself. Nothing will be done i know that & im still expected to pay monthly HA just thought i’d come on here to express my dissatisfaction & frustration since no one from the office will listen or reach out or help in any kind of way."

"I want to start off by personally sharing my horrible experience with state farm - Eddie Bleibergs team to be exact. I never write reviews but I feel I should write this so people avoid the disrespect & lack of communication from this team! A few months ago I got into a small fender bender thinking my insurance would help me. Well it turns out I had to do majority of the work for them the accident happened in November i didn’t not hear anything back from a claims department until middle of January & only to be asked for a STATEMENT of what happened MONTHS later… I was highly upset because this is something i tried to get done as soon as it happened, i did not get any information or hear from anyone again for weeks after they finally contacted me back in January not to mention I had to constantly call & reach out to them for those 2 months.. When i did speak with someone named Chris, I was constantly belittled, laughed at for being “frustrated” & talked to like i have no knowledge of anything i could only help but to feel like it is because i am a younger female. I have had to fight with MY INSURANCE COMPANY to help me with this process for months & I still have not gotten any help or guidance along this process at all. I have had to do their job for them & when i can finally talk to someone on the phone it is never Eddie Bleiberg himself so that I can express my frustration & disrespect i have received for these past 2 going on 3 months now. If i could give this location 0 stars I would. I could go on to upload the messages of the miscommunication & the blatant lack of response & respect from this team as well but I think we get the point."

"Hi Nataya, Thank you for your feedback- we are sad that when we spoke with you yesterday evening, everything seemed to be okay and these concerns were not expressed to us. The plan at the end of the call was that we were going to be reaching out to your claims handler to have them speak with you this morning. I am sorry that you feel that you have had a bad experience regarding your claim. We understand the claim occurred in November and was filed with Progressive and State Farm. Our team member that liaisons between customers and the claims handler sent you the claims details via text on 11/27/24. She spoke with you on December 3rd, at which time you stated you had no questions. She spoke with you on December 11th, in which you stated you were waiting for Progressive to give you an update, and the she spoke with you on December 18th when you made us aware that Progressive was deeming you partially liable for the accident. At the end of December, we let you know to take your vehicle to a repair shop of your choice for an estimate to be completed so that the claims process could move forward. You did not bring your vehicle to a repair shop until March 10th. Your repairs have been completed and your vehicle is ready to be picked up. We do apologize if you feel like this was not a sufficient process. We also do apologize that you felt belittled, because that is certainly not the experience we want any of our customers to have. We understand that claims processes are not something people experience often, so that situation can be confusing at times, and we want to do our best to make sure our customers stay informed and feel confident in the progress of their claim.
